Individual Psychotherapy and Relationship Counselling

I am a Senior Accredited Supervisor in the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and professionally registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

I work in an integrated way using approaches from Psychoanalytic, Gestalt, Transpersonal, Cognitive behavioural and EMDR.

I work with individuals, couples and groups.

I have been working in the Swansea area for the past 20 years.

An initial assessment appointment can usually be made within a week. This enables you to get an idea of how I work and for me to get some understanding of your needs and make appropriate suggestions for further sessions. This could either be working with me or a referral to another recomended service.
